Custom Work Terms & Conditions

Commissions are accepted ONLY via invoice sent to a valid email address. By paying the invoice, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

PRICING AND DELIVERY
Prices and estimated delivery times vary based on the complexity of the work. For physical products, shipping costs and times will be calculated separately. Please provide your location, including the postal code, and a detailed description of your request to receive a quote. For more information about shipping, please see my full Shipping Policy.

PAYMENT TERMS
A minimum of 50% of the total commission cost must be paid within 7 days of invoice delivery, with the balance due before product delivery (within 30 days). Work will only begin after the initial payment is received. If payment is not made within these timeframes, the commission will be cancelled and considered forfeited. In such cases, I reserve the right to use, modify, or resell the unfinished or unclaimed item at my discretion.

ARTISTIC STYLE AND USAGE
All creations are handmade in my personal style and interpretation. I usually do not use other artists' designs, but exceptions can be discussed. In such cases, the original creator will be clearly credited in any product promotion. All items are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, including reproduction, resale, or promotional use.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS
Handmade items may show slight variations compared to portfolio images. These unique differences are the hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship.

QUALITY AND MATERIALS
My products are made with high-quality materials. To better preserve handmade items, spot-clean them with a damp cloth if possible. For a more thorough cleaning, hand wash in cold water with colour-safe mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Do not use bleach. Avoid washing items like plant pots and keychains, which are made with wire or metal pieces. Some items may feature blush makeup details, which can be reapplied if they fade over time or after washing, using a small painting brush and a small amount of makeup.

MATERIAL AVAILABILITY AND WAITLIST
Each commission is subject to material availability. You will be notified via email about the status of your request and your place on the waitlist, if applicable.

ALLERGY NOTICE
My workspace is home to three cats. While I take great care to keep items clean, I cannot guarantee they will be completely free of cat hair. If you are allergic to cats, I recommend against placing an order.

CHILD AND PET SAFETY
Please inform me if the toy is intended for a baby, small child, or pet. Materials will be selected accordingly to ensure safety. Designs involving buttons or small pieces will be adapted to minimize choking hazards.

WORK PROCESS
I will provide pictures and updates before starting your commission. Once work begins, no modifications can be made due to the nature of the crafting process, which may result in material damage or waste if undone.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL
I reserve the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable. If we cannot agree on necessary modifications, your request may be declined.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please make sure to specify all details carefully when placing your custom request.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

CANCELLATIONS
I accept cancellations and will refund your initial deposit within 24 hours of payment. After this period, you may still choose to cancel the commission, but the initial deposit will not be refunded, as work may have already started on your item.
